Future Academy respects the privacy of its visitors and students. This page explains what data we actually collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it. We do not collect anything we do not need, and we never sell your data to anyone.
We collect the data you provide yourself when using our services:
Full name, email address, phone number, country, nationality, date of birth, ID or passport number, educational qualification, chosen major and payment plan. You may optionally upload a copy of your ID and your latest certificate.
Your name, email address and the text of your question, so we can send the fatwa document to you.
If you message us on WhatsApp, we store your number, your display name and the text of your conversation, in order to reply to you and follow up on your request.
We count daily visitors using a hashed identifier that cannot be traced back to an individual. We do not store IP addresses and we do not track your browsing across other websites.
The assistant runs inside your own browser and does not send your conversation to our servers or to any third party. What it reads from the server is public information only: majors, fees, curriculums and announcements. If you choose to leave your name and number, that happens by your own action and is sent directly to the academy's WhatsApp.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing purposes. It is disclosed in only two cases: with your explicit consent, or in response to a binding legal request from a competent authority. Technical service providers (such as messaging and email services) receive only what is strictly necessary to deliver the service and are bound to protect it.
The site is protected by encryption (HTTPS), and passwords are stored hashed in a form that cannot be reversed to the original text. Access to student data is limited to authorised administrators, each according to their permissions. That said, no system on the internet is perfectly secure; we do our utmost but cannot guarantee the impossible.
We keep student data for as long as the student is enrolled with us, and thereafter for the period needed to issue certificates and maintain the academic record. Rejected or incomplete applications are deleted once they are no longer needed.
At any time you may request:
Simply write to us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Some of our programs are aimed at children. In that case the guardian submits the application and accepts this policy on the child's behalf, and remains the person entitled to access the child's data and request its correction or deletion.
We may update this page whenever our services change. The date of the last update appears at the top, so what you read here is the version currently in force.
