We are committed to fairness and clarity. This page explains when fees may be refunded, how to submit a request, and when it is processed.
General principle
A student may request a refund before actually benefiting from the program or at its very beginning. The refundable share decreases as the student progresses through the curriculum — because the seat was taken, the materials released, and a teacher assigned.
Cases eligible for a refund
- Cancelling before studies begin: the full amount paid is refunded.
- Withdrawal during the first week of the program: 75% of the current level's fees is refunded.
- Withdrawal during the second week: 50% of the current level's fees is refunded.
- The Academy cancels the program or is unable to deliver it: the full amount for the undelivered part is refunded.
- Duplicate payment or a billing error: the difference is refunded in full.
Cases not eligible
- Withdrawal more than two weeks after the level began.
- Completing the level or passing its assessments.
- Dismissal due to a serious violation of the Academy's terms.
- Certificate and document issuance fees, once issued.
- Discontinuing attendance without notifying the Academy.
How to request a refund
- Send a request from the email registered with the Academy to the contact address below.
- State your full name, the program, the payment date, the amount, and the reason for the request.
- Attach proof of payment if available.
- Requests are reviewed within a reasonable period, and the decision is sent to your email.
Processing time
Once approved, the refund is processed within a period that depends on the payment method and the intermediary bank. The amount is returned by the same method it was paid with where possible. Bank transfer fees, if any, are borne by the party the bank charges them to.
An alternative: deferral or transfer
If the obstacle is a temporary circumstance, instead of a refund you may request to defer your enrolment to the next intake, or transfer your balance to another program. Many students find this suits them better — contact us and we will review your case.
