By using the Future Academy website or enrolling in any of its programs, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before completing your registration.

Definitions

"The Academy" means Future Academy and its online platforms. "The Student" means anyone enrolled in one of its programs. "The Program" means any course, specialization or diploma offered by the Academy.

Eligibility to enroll

  • The student provides accurate and complete information and is responsible for its correctness.
  • For children below the legal age, the guardian submits the application and bears responsibility for it.
  • The Academy may accept or reject an application according to its academic criteria, without obligation to give reasons.

Account and password

  • The account is personal and must not be shared with anyone else.
  • The student is responsible for keeping the password safe and for all activity from the account.
  • The Academy must be notified immediately of any suspected unauthorised use.

Fees and payment

  • The fees published on the programs page are those in force at the time of registration.
  • The student chooses the payment plan available for the program (monthly, per level, or a single payment).
  • Services may be suspended when payment is overdue, until the outstanding amount is settled.
  • The Academy may revise program fees in future; the revision does not apply to those already enrolled in the current intake.

Student conduct

  • Commitment to the ethics of a seeker of knowledge, and respect for teachers and peers.
  • Publishing anything contrary to Islamic law, applicable regulations or public decency on any Academy platform is prohibited.
  • Cheating, impersonation, or disrupting lessons is prohibited.
  • The Academy may suspend or dismiss a student for a serious violation, subject to the refund policy.

Intellectual property

All curricula, recordings, materials and documents provided by the Academy remain its property. The student may use them for personal study only; copying, publishing, selling or rebroadcasting them by any means without written permission is prohibited.

Certificates and Sanad

A certificate is granted upon completing the program requirements, passing its assessments, and settling all fees. The connected Sanad is granted according to the rules set by the Academy and its scholarly committees.

Service availability

We aim to keep the platform available around the clock, but service may be interrupted for maintenance or for technical reasons beyond our control. The Academy is not responsible for interruptions caused by the student's own network or device.

Limitation of liability

The Academy commits to doing its utmost in teaching quality and student follow-up. It does not guarantee a particular outcome, which depends on the student's own effort and commitment. It is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

Privacy

How your data is processed is explained on the Privacy Policy page, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated whenever our services or applicable regulations change. The date of the last update appears at the top, and continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the regulations of the country in which the Academy operates. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably before resorting to the competent authorities.
